A general question arising out of this: How should I best go about using the plot facility to plot f(x,y)=0 for general f(x,y)?
My mathematical imagination has deserted me. I can only think of producing a plot array by stepping x and hunting for suitable values of y by successive approximation, assuming f(x,y) is not (conveniently/algebraically) solvable for y.
