Oop! the pointer to qual should be 8-byte in win64 and the padding may be
incorrect,
try,
parm=. (2&(3!:4) 1), EncoderQuality, (2&(3!:4) 1 4), (IF64{2 3)&(3!:4)
symdat@symget <qual
insert some padding bytes for boundary alignment if it does not work.
