Ah, ok, hence "UnCap". This wouldn't be difficult to do; most of the tools
needed were developed to produce Cap, and are available in [1].
But, reading your comments in another thread, it may be that Linda's looking
for something even larger in scope (an "inverse" to 13 :), so I'll wait to see
what requirements develop out of that, before applying any effort here.
