I have had 2 similar reports thus far. Both were determined to have
downloaded a corrupted file and were resolved with a new download.
Please double check the file you downloaded and please consider trying
again.
j-console.apk

filesize: 2958812
apk is a thin veneer on the zip format. on linux,
$ unzip -l j-console.apk
will produce a listing of the contents if the file is not corrupt. On
window or a mac, you might have to make a copy with the extension
renamed to test it thus.
