Those attributes (top/bot/lef/rig move/scale) are useful for me because I use tiling instead of overlapping layout. Each form is always resized by window manager. I'll make another attemp.
Overlapping layout is not used in android or iOs, I also hread that it will be decommited in the next windows 8.
