Yes, I've used Launch JHS, and it works.  I'm on a Sony S on Android 3.2.
However, I don't know what to type to see a plot.

I haven't used your keyboard, as I haven't seen it.  I already use
    Hacker's Keyboard by Klaus Weidner
which give me a standard keyboard, including Ctrl. The input objects in
Android must have been written by programmer's with such a keyboard, since
Ctrl X, C, and V work as expected.
