~config/startup_jhs.ijs is loaded near the end of JHS initiailization. This is similar to startup scripts loaded near the end of init for other frontends.
This is not mentioned in JHS jhelp and should be. Its existance and use is pretty clear in ~addons/ide/jhs/core.ijs. Does this do what you want?
