Hi John,
When you say it "doesn't work at all" what does that mean exactly?
Does it just prompt you for admin rights and if you don't/can't give
them the program stops? What Windows version are you installing on?

>From re-reading the docs it looks like it is probably possible to
allow install to run without admin privileges but it will require some
experimentation/testing to make sure that icons etc are created
appropriately.
