Hi,

Yes I know this is broken (for GDAL too). I tried to figure out with zenodo help desk, but didn't manage. Here's the below exchanges (I'm not sure I tried to do something at the last one). Happy if someone want to take over from that.

Dear Even,

It seems that, although you have enabled the repository you did so with certain restrictions (at your organization level). This is the message we are getting from GitHub:

/Although you appear to have the correct authorization credentials, the `OSGeo` organization has enabled OAuth App access restrictions, meaning that data access to third-parties is limited. For more information on these restrictions, including how to enable this app, visit https://docs.github.com/articles/restricting-access-to-your-organization-s-data//

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Best regards,
Pablo

   Hi Jenny,

I followed the procedure you mention below before doing the GDAL 3.6.0
release, and it doesn't seem to have worked as 3.5.1 is still the last
   one referenced

       Dear Even,

It seems like the problem is caused by an expired access token
to GitHub. Can I ask you to:

        1. Go to yourZenodo linked accounts
           <https://zenodo.org/account/settings/linkedaccounts/>.
        2. Disconnect the GitHub link
        3. Re-connect the GitHub link

This will ensure we have a valid access token to GitHub, and
       then it should work again.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

       Best regards,
       Jenny

           Hi,

The GDAL project (https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal) has been
           integrated in
Zenodo since a few releases, but I notice that the 2 last
           releases,
v3.5.2 and v3.5.3, are not captured at
           https://zenodo.org/record/6801315#.Y2P7mr6ZNH4 despite having
           corresponding github releases:
           https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/releases/tag/v3.5.2 and
           https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/releases/tag/v3.5.3. Do you
           know why ?

           Best regards,

           Even

Hi

Having a look at Zenodo (after the talk from Peter Löwe in FOSSGIS -in German- https://pretalx.com/fossgis2023/talk/GY9XSE/ ) I am only able to find PROJ 9.0.1:
https://zenodo.org/record/6646503

Are the newer versions updated but I am not able to find them? Or is anything missing?

Thanks.
Javier
