#519: The difference between "date" and "journal-year"

This should be solved by (re)creating a SPIRES syntax for journal year
that maps to 773y (this could be indexed if need be) - this part should
be easy
We should also look at removing 773y from the date index, or better index
many fields as date but take only the earliest date...maybe this becomes a
separate ticket.
