A note on the unit tests:
as of 2011-03-02 and per the discussion at https://invenio-
software.org/ticket/431 on #431, the tests for "today" and "yesterday" are
volatile. the "today" test is known to fail on the first day of the
month, and the "yesterday" test is known to fail on the second day of the
month. once a consensus is reached on #431 and the date-handling,
particularly handling for the month vs. first day of the month, is
standardized to a single form, these tests will be updated to reflect
that.
