FIND CNUM C08/11/03.1
now works but the more usual form of CNUM searching for HEP is
FIND CNUM C08-11-03.1
and this does not work.
Unfortunately, a split developed between how CNUMs are written in HEP and
how they are
written in CONF. It would be best if there were only one way. My vote
would be dashes
but only because I think they look a little neater.
