Thanks for creating the ticket Joe.
Now that I have access to RT I have had a look at the stack trace and the
error was coming from clicking the Preview button with no record open.
This is fixed in the master branch, so it should be soon on PROD.
I will also add a sanity check in record_xml_output() in case this
function could be called with an empty record from other parts of the
code.
