The branch for using idxPairs has been rebased and updated to reflect the
latest changes in the search engine.
Also, a new variable has been added to the config file to know if the
false positives should be removed or not when using the idxPairs.
Also, the washing functions have been moved away from the search_engine.py
since some of them are also used by bibindex_engine.
New BibIndexTokenizer objects have been created for tokenizing words,
pairs and phrases.
