#573: BibEdit: display record history for deleted records

BibEdit currently does not let users see the history of a deleted record.
It might be useful though to resuscitate records deleted by mistake (it
was probably possible to do in the past from the "BibEdit history" page)
instead of only having this feature available from the CLI.
