 If you use the same example given by Heath:
 http://inspirehep.net/search?ln=en&p=find++a+e+witten&action_search=Search

 and you click in a "Detailed record" link, you will see the pagination
 links and the "Back to search" link in the bottom-right corner of the box
 where the record information is.

 But when I use the next search:
 http://inspirehep.net/search?ln=en&p=find+j+%27nuovo%27&action_search=Search

 I can not see the pagination links and the "Back to search" link in the
 bottom-right corner. Am I missing anything?

 The set of links to move back and forward search results and going back
 to the search page is a recent Invenio addition. It appears only when
 the search results are few (because to providing moving back and forward
 links is computationally intensive). The default threshold is currently
 set to 10000 and that fall exactly between the two examples you provide
 above.

 On the other hand the back to search link can appear regardless of this
 threshold being surpassed.
