#933: WebAccess: add a link from action page to role

From the detailed view of a WebAccess action (in the section "roles
connected to action foo") one can see the connected roles (only the names)
and jump to the users connected to a given role (link "show connected
users"). However it is not possible to directly go to the details of the
role (page "Show Role Details"), where FireRole rules are listed. This
might be misleading when exploring the access rights starting from the
actions.
It is proposed to replace the link "show connected users" in front of each
role of the "Show Action Details" page with a link "show role details" to
the "Show Role Details" page. This would also be more symmetric to the
"show action details" link on the "Show Role Details" page in front of
each action.
