The BibCirclation module is under development process. There is an early
version in the latest Invenio release, but you will probably find it
unstable. A newer (and more stable) version is waiting to be merged into
master.
Anyway, if you install the latest version of Invenio you will have an
idea of the features of this module, how the interface looks, etc. even
if the functionality may me limited. You can access the librarian
interface from the 'Administration' tab in the demo site (if you are
logged in as 'admin'). For the borrower interface, you will find a
'Holdings' tab in the detailed view of the record if you search for
books and also in 'Personalize'->'Your Loans'.

Where do I download the BibCirculation module from? What are the features it
