I think $v is what you want.
- defining an approval workflow for submitted documents including reviewing
You'd want to check out docs for pubiline, I guess. If you have set up a
basic Invenio installation you might check out
http://<yourinvenio>/help/admin/publiline-admin-guide. This should cover
even complex stuff.
