If you are looking at reinstalling the demo site from scratch, it should
be sufficient to do:
$ /opt/cds-invenio/bin/inveniocfg --drop-demo-site \
--create-demo-site \
--load-demo-records

BTW, if you are only starting with exploring Invenio, I would advise you
to test the git/master version, or wait a few days for v1.0.0-rc0.
Invenio v1.0 series contains many, many improvements over v0.99 series.
