unfortunately you hit a rare bug in Invenio 0.99.1 triggered by having
multiple dots in the file you are trying to upload.
Invenio try to be smart when you attach a file to a record, by guessing what
is the extension (i.e. in which format the file is), and what represent
instead the name of file. When the file has multiple dots in its name, Invenio
uses an heuristic to split the name from the extension, which was buggy in
release 0.99.1.
I am preparing a workaround for this particular problem, so that you will be
able to use again BibEdit on that particular record.
In the next stable release, such particular inconsistencies should not happen
any more, and a tool will be available to correct records affected by this
bug.
