after I fixed the BibEdit problem (bug

another problem has appeared: the BibEdit adds two same subfields right now:
<record>
<controlfield tag="001">1</controlfield>
...
<datafield tag="260" ind1=" " ind2=" ">
<subfield code="b">National Technical Library</subfield>
<subfield code="b">National Technical Library</subfield>
</datafield>
</record>
Have anyone ever hit this problem?
