In order to get all your fields converted, you need to expand the configuration file bibtex.cfg. Read 'http://cdsweb.cern.ch/help/admin/bibconvert-admin-guide' for more information on how you can do that.
And I would suggest removing the carriage return in the title fields in your data file in order to have the whole title converted.
