Done. Strangely, I haven't seen any error since yesterday! I did a
bibindex -R
but not to sure if that has anything to do woth it?

Signal 12 is most probably SIGUSR2. Please check on your concrete OS by
running `kill -l'.
If it is indeed SIGUSR2, and if you are running latest stable Invenio
version, then please apply the following patch:
