We would like to change cdsinvenio user access permissions in the way to enable to cataloguers send new documents and to have a revision role who has to do the revision of the document sended by cataloguers (it could be fantastic to have the opportunity to define if this approval step has to be before or after de index process). Now, when the cataloguers send a new document, this is indexed directly without the revision, and my approvals box is empty. How can I change this? I need perhaps to change some functions in the websubmit module to tell to CDSInvenio that the document sended form must to be approved? Wich functions are involved? In the webaccess module, what actions are involved? Thanks in advance Magda Lorente Passionarium
