Should be okay, though we generally use 1.2.2. Can you try this to
confirm?
$ cd ~/src/cds-invenio/modules/miscutil/lib
$ python ./dbquery_tests.py
Do all the tests pass?
[root@ecdl lib]# python ./dbquery_tests.py
dbquery - empty table (no indexes) update time detection ... ok
dbquery - single table (with indexes) update time detection ... ok
dbquery - UTF-8 in Python<->MySQLdb<->MySQL storage chain ... ok
