BTW, if you do not cache your HTML detailed formats (see the first
line), then you do not have to run the ``-o HD'' part in the latter
lines either. You may want to delete any HD formats that might have
been pre-created in the past:
$ echo "DELETE FROM bibfmt WHERE format='HD'" | \
/opt/cds-invenio/bin/dbexec
(Just to make sure that the treatment with respect to the HB and HD
formats is consistent.)
