Upgrade from v.99.4 to 1.0.0

Hi All,

After upgrading our repository v.99.4 to 1.0.0 we found out, that the
Administration menu of v1.0.0  were incomplete.

In 'admin' page is from v.99.4 but not from v1.0.0.

What is wrong with our upgrade?
