Hi, You can create new templates (folder tpls) based on the previous ones and name them with your organization's name, for instance: Footer.CERN.tpl or Footer.XXX.tpl Once this is done, you can go to Indico Administration interface, Local (or Layout depending on the version) option in the menu, and choose CERN (or XXX). Indico will then use your modified templates.
