IIRC, since Invenio 1.0.x we have introduced new roles and action to control
who can use messages, baskets, alerts, etc. Out of the box, new default roles
have been introduced for each of the above user-oriented tools. By default
these roles match any user.
If you are missing these roles, after the upgrade, chances are that you have
not run the webaccessadmin tool to add new roles and action that have been
introduced release after release.
You can run it now by executing:
$ sudo -u www-data /opt/invenio/bin/webaccessadmin -u admin -a -c
This should solve the issue.
Best regards,
Samuele
