The item update workflow is designed to change the information about a
single item.
Operations on a bunch of items in sequence, e.g. to move them from one
library storage to another, are impaired by the second confirmation
"dialog", which is perceived as a "confirmation from the system that
everything worked fine". Especially trained operators of the system miss
to hit the confirm button continuously; hence the move of the book is not
recorded in the system and creates inconsistencies with the actual storage
facilities.
