At the same time, bfe_edit_record.py should use the same technique. A
generic function to be used everywhere it is needed could be added for
eg. to bibedit_utils.py so that bfe_edit_record.py can effortlessly and
correctly display (or not) the link to BibEdit.
The "Run BibEdit" menu is a bit less strict as it displays the link as
soon as the user has a role connected to the "runbibedit" action, whatever
collection the user is granted access (but the access is checked at the
level of BibEdit then).
