#736: WebSearch: export selected records

When a user runs a search and looks through say 50 results and he/she
wants to export these results in some other format, say Endnote, the
user can change the Output format option accordingly and rerun the
search. However, this exports all the records matching the query.
The user cannot run export for //selected records// only. He/she
cannot click on checkboxes next to 10th and 17th hit, for example, and
export only those results. Currently, the only operation possible on
selected records is to store them in baskets.
It would be good to enable exporting of selected records by reusing
the same checkboxes that are used for storing selected records in
baskets. That is, just as we have button "Add to basket", we would
have another button saying "Export selected" next to it, with a
drop-down menu offering a choice of exportable formats. The user can
simply select the records he/she is interested at and choose either to
store them in his/her baskets or export them in some format of
interest.
We may have more operations that will act upon user-selected search
results in the future, so the UI design can take these future needs in
mind. We may want to rename buttons to have some uniform naming
style, for example "Add selections to baskets", "Export selections",
etc.
