So this branch is written, and it works as expected for desy keywords.
Are there any other cases where ": " appears in indexable phrases? I am
special casing it currently in bibindex_engine. OTOH, this just means
that a bit more gets indexed, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
I think that the splitting of particles (like "(pi+ pi-)") will come in a
second iteration later.
This branch is ready to go, unless there are crazy consequences of special
casing the ": ", in which case I can look at it again.
