Create a more configurable auto-suggest feature in BibEdit that allows:
* filtering by collection (e.g. a particular authority records collection)
* matching the beginning of a word or anywhere in a sentence / record
* sorting options (alphabetical, by popularity)
* host name if the collection is on a separate invenio instance
