The existing auto-suggest capabilities in BibEdit were mostly of a show-case nature so far. I think nobody really used it in production. There are internal variables like CFG_BIBEDIT_AUTOSUGGEST_TAGS that we may tweak and that you mentioned in a previous email, but we shall have to make the auto-suggestion part more flexibly configurable for people anyway.
