2 issues needing immediate attention in the INSPIRE brief format for
journals:
1) Multiple publication notes are not shown. ( see
arXiv:0906.5012
The marc record contains correctly the JHEP pub info:
773__ $$c016$$pJHEP$$v1003$$y2010
I wonder why it is not displayed in the brief and detailed format
)
2) The logic to decide "Published in" vs. "Submitted to" is incorrect:

This one has a DOI, and is listed in the marc as TC=Published, thus it
should say "Published in" . If it was not marked as "published" in the
MARC, yet it has a 773_p it should say "submitted to" It should never
say both.
