#649: BatchUploader: show task-log for uploads

In the batchuploader admin interface you can currently view the upload
history of uploaded files in a table. It would be nice if this table also
had a link for each task to access the BibTask log generated. This way, it
would be possible to more easily identify errors and see affected records.
