Firstly, with this branch, `find refersto title` on an Atlantis site
returns 96 records for me, which is not correct.
Secondly, now that I solved ticket:681, both `refersto:title` and
`find refersto title` with the master branch reply exactly the same
thing, namely that there are no hits found. If we are happy with this
behaviour, then we probably don't need this branch and can close this
ticket. If we are not happy with this behaviour, then we should work
on this further.
