Comment:
This is a site-specific issue related to the INSPIRE overlay, which does
overwrite bfe_report_numbers.py and fail to include a function expected by
bfe_additional_report_numbers.py

Please "rebase" the bfe(_inspire)_report_numbers.py against the latest
