As spoken IRL, please make it more obvious in the display if someone
has set up a motd. This is useful when N people have bibsched open,
and one of them puts up a motd; the other supporters should be alerted
in real time.
For example, when the page is redrawn every ~5 seconds, you can
display motd before the task list in the main panel. Additionally,
you can display it in the status bar next to the clock, eventually
blinking it out or with very visible colours. (since motd is to be
used for emergency situations really)
