The re-mapping is essentially complete, and the small change of dates
being shown as yyyy/mm instead of yyyy-mm has been added.
Unfortunately, the conference information for many records is not correct.
We have decided to remove the 773 tags from the Google Scholar format,
since instead of having the conference name they contain information like
"Presented at." Once this is fixed in the MARC, we can add it back into
the format template.
These changes are available in my AFS for invenio and inspire as branch
google_scholar.
