Information from the "note" field in SPIRES is in the detailed format but
not the brief format. This is not a major problem, but in some cases
this is bad:

is an example where the note describes a better way to access the
information. (Note also the link is broken)
This should be fixed by scanning "note" for link-able things and linking
them in the format, and possibly displaying in brief format when a
linkable thing is present in the note.
