Hi Joe,
this is the typical symptom of the need for regularly running (e.g.
weekly) bibrank -R to rebalance the weights.
bibrank, for performance reasons, runs in an approximate way, which
accumulates errors up to a point when divisions by zero are raised.
We should definitively improve this error message raised by the exception
and complete it with a recommendation for running bibrank -R
