In order to possibly speed up refextract in production mode, one might like
to reduce the knowledge base to only useful terms. Thus
refextract should output the frequency of match of kb abbreviations (or left
hand side of the KB lines).

This has now been done. Refextract now has the (-d, --dictfile) option that
allows the statistics about matched titles to be written to a file.
