That sounds very promising. How much do you already have here? On what invenio version are you implementing it? I guess it is next/ in case, could this be (easily) backportable to the 1.x series?
We are working on 1.x as well, but our developments are a bit tailored to the peculiarities of the INSPIRE installation.
I'd be very interested, indeed. ORCiD integration is quite a hot topic here and I'd definitely not want to redo what's already done. We should probably check out how to team up e.g. if registration of ORCiDs is not that much of interest on your end we could work on that as we definitely would need that.
