C2C* *Process / Governance and Reporting and EXTREMELY important as well as communication skills because these reports are delivered to the CIO, CTO and Upper Management.* This role support Executive Reporting and communication for Home Loans IT. This role will own all of the Governance and Reporting deliverables including: • Monthly Technology Performance Reviews including metrics and dashboards for the divisional CIO • Monthly Business Reviews with President of respective lines of businesses • Quarterly deep dives with CIO and CTO • Quarterly Board of Directors’ update Manager of Governance and Reporting must demonstrate following capabilities: • Ability to collect, analyze and tabulate large amounts of data from various sources • Ability to summarize information at a high level for executive consumption in meaningful presentations • Exceptional skills with PowerPoint, Excel, SQL • Ability to deliver high quality written and verbal communication to stakeholders at executive level • Ability to work with individuals who provide input, validate, summarize and present, follow-up on open actions • Experience with IT delivery process preferred • Prior BMO (Business Management Office) or PMO (Project Management Office) experience Level: Associate manages governance and reporting for Financial Services segments, owns executive communication. *Basic Qualifications:* • Bachelor’s Degree *Preferred Qualifications:* • PMI certification preferred 5 years in technology delivery management • 2 years in a Business Management Office or Project Management Office** Shailaja Aim Computer Consulting N.
