Preparation of Functional and technical design documents

Preparation of configuration rational document

Design and write the test cases for End to End VIM Solution





*Skills Requirement:*



Experience in at least 2 OpenText VIM implementation lifecycle.

8 or more years of experience in SAP FI and in particular FI-AP.

Broad understanding of SAP application components and their integration
(e.g. ECC, Net weaver 7.x, BW/BI, Portal, etc.) along with SAP ABAP and Java
stack from OpenText perspective.

Experience in designing, proposing and implementing Overall OpenText VIM
Architecture

Experience designing VIM process flow using VIM Components, in particular,
VIM Approval Workflow, OpenText Exchange Link, OpenText Fax Link, etc.

In depth experience designing the approval multi-level routing using VIM
rules engine.

In depth experience of configuration of VIM Engine 5.1.6 and higher

Experience in analyzing functional gaps and proposing solution by way of
configuration or customization

In depth experience in configuration of PO and Non-PO based approval
process.

In depth experience in end to end process using OpenText VIM, Doc Access,
SAP ECC, SAP Web As and EP.

In depth experience in VIM analytics and reporting achieved using SAP or BW.

In depth experience in Archive Link configuration

Experience in Ariba-SAP Integration and VIM workflow trigger implementation

Experience in VIM Parking and block reason enhancements

Experience in Chart of Authority enhancement and maintenance

Experience in Invoice approval process design and implementation

Experience in Enhancing the VIM approval classes

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):**

·         Write code, queries, interfaces, technical specs, unit test cases,
integration testing, regression testing, feasibility analysis, Performance
tuning, code migration.

·         Analyze requirements, design, document, and deploy fixes,
customizations, reports, and new areas of functionality within the
Saleslogix.

·         Diagnose and resolve complex SalesLogix technical issues

·         Analyze, document, and implement solutions that provide benefit to
SalesLogix users.

·         Provide ongoing production support including identifying and
assisting with the resolution of operational problems.

·         Assist with the analysis, design, programming, testing, and
deployment of new releases and patch levels.

·         Responsible to work within the framework of Quality Assurance
guidelines, development standards, methodologies, and procedures.

·         Identify/communicate project risks and recommend solutions

·         Identify issues, dependencies and assumptions to ensure accurate
planning

·         Aid functional users in resolving functional issues when necessary



Qualifications/Requirements:**

·         Bachelors degree in computer science, business administration,
engineering or equivalent

·         Extensive SalesLogix design and implementation experience through
the full system development life cycle, including upgrade experience.

·         Significant experience in VBA w/Excel, VB Script, Oracle database
in 9i and 10g, SQL Server, C# and .NET, Web Services, SOA, and Crystal
Reports, and Citrix.

·         Minimum 3 years of SalesLogix experience with a minimum of 1 year
within a SalesLogix 7.0.x instance.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis
on formal document creation.



Desired:**

·         Expertise in global implementations including multi-currency.

·         Execution of a large-scale end-to-end implementation and/or
upgrade.

·         Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and
manage concurrent tasks/requests.

·         Must have excellent time management skills, meet deadlines, and be
results oriented.

·         Must have strong interpersonal skills and experience in conflict
resolution.

·         Ability to travel occasionally if necessary.
