Lead interface development effort implementing technical solutions to meet
business requirements • Responsible for creation and maintenance of
functional and technical design documents • Responsible for creatively and
analytically solving complex design issues • Responsible for the
identification of key integration points between CC&B and stakeholder
applications • Analyze existing productized integrations for solution fits •
Responsible for designing full-scale solutions using out-of-box
functionality • Develop strategies for customized data, configuration, and
application solutions • Responsible for test plan development and execution
of design solutions • Responsible for developing application and business
process flows for design solutions • Analysis of business and technical
needs • Review of Quality Assurance Test plans Preferred Skills: • 5+ years
experience implementing CIS Plus, CorDaptix, Peoplesoft CIS, or CC&B •
Experience with product cycles from their earliest design phase through
release, patches and upgrades • Proven experience developing Web-based
applications, n-tier applications and/or web services based integrations •
Excellent programming skills (Java, Javascript, COBOL, C++, Visual Basic) •
Experience with the J2EE architecture/technologies (Java Beans, Servlets,
HTML, JSP and JDBC) • Exposure to J2EE Design Patterns and Frameworks
(Struts and Hibernate) • Solid understanding of relational databases with
SQL scripting competency: Oracle, MSSQL, PL/SQL • Knowledge of Oracle SOA
suite (BPEL, ESB), ODI or other SOA integration technologies/products •
Experience with CC&B Config Tools, User Exits, XAI components, plug-ins and
algorithms • Good working knowledge of the UNIX/LINUX Operating System(s) •
Good working experience with Oracle 10g • Knowledge of software quality
processes and SDLC methodologies • Proven experience designing with
scalability & performance (ability to create designs that are scalable) •
Problem solving and analysis, ability to work under pressure • Good
communication and writing skills Additional Skills  (Skills that are a plus,
but not required) Note: Excellent programming skills using Java within the
CC&B environment is essential. The candidate will be expected to work and
code from a technical design interface spec created from the teams lead
architect. Assignment The Company is in the process of migrating all the
off-system billing applications to a single web-based customer care and
billing application (Oracle CC&B v2.X.X). The work involved to fully
leverage the robust functionality of the new system consists of: data
migration and customer information conversions, customized application and
interface development, complex algorithm and framework configuration,
testing, and deployment. The Off-system billing implementation team will
adopt a re-usability approach toward conversion, development, testing, and
deployment as it relates to the following deliverables: ° Interfaces,
plug-ins, reports, letters ° Data extract conversion programs ° Data
standardization and cleansing ° Business process documentation ° System
configuration ° Test Cases and Scenarios ° Deployment plan



We are looking for candidate(s) with JAVA development experience,
specifically developing JAVA code within the CC&B framework.  We need
enhancements and modifications to CC&B to cater to the needs of this
project.  The code will need to be written for re-usability later on in this
Project.



Experience developing using Interval Meter reads is a huge plus.  Crystal
Reports experience is also preferred.
