Sr.Metastorm BPM Developer
Ace Info Solutions, Inc. is an award winning IT consulting firm established in

We are currently looking to hire a Sr Metastorm BPM Developer to work on our
federal project in Washigton DC.
Metastorm BPM Workflow Developer with a demonstrated background in database
methodologies and programming and implementations of Metastorm BPM. The
Workflow Developer will develop solutions to users' problems; determine the
technical and operational feasibility of their solutions. The Workflow
Developer will collect user requirements, provide analysis, create functional
specifications, and work with users to design, implement and maintain those
Metastorm workflow systems. The Workflow Developer may also design, test and
debug programs or user defined modifications to existing systems. This position
will be primarily responsible for systems related to Human Resources Management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Experience with Metastorm BPM, including forms, scripting and workflow
design, with implementation and maintenance of workflow systems
2. Proficiency in Metastorm BPM, Metastorm Architecture and Web services.
3. General Web Design Experience (JavaScript, C# .Net, SQL, IIS, CSS, HTML)
4. Software development life cycle experience, such as requirements gathering,
design, development, testing and implementation
5. Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture design and implementation
6. Familiarity with relational database design and management
7. Gather user requirements and turn them into system
specifications/requirements for coding.
8. Code within the Metastorm BPM system from specifications/requirements.
9. Strong SQL experience with MS SQL Server 2005/2008 or Oracle
10. Experience with Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
11. Ability to create and manage SSIS packages
12. Familiarity with SharePoint and InfoPath
13. Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or
computation needs.
14. Consult with management to ensure agreement on tactical and strategic
objectives for systems.
15. Develop, document and revise test procedures.
16. Provide staff and users with assistance solving software related problems.
17. Recommend new equipment, software packages, and upgrades.
18. Full Project Lifecycle development experience in Web and Client Server
Applications.
19. Experience in Software Architecture, Software Development and Testing and
Implementation of Federal and Commercial Information Systems.
20. Experience with visual Studio .NET, C#, and IIS
21. Proficiency in Configuring and Customizing SharePoint Websites.
22. Proficiency in logical and physical data modeling and database design.
23. Proficiency in Object oriented Analysis & Design, UML Modeling. XML and
SOAP.
24. Experience with Windows Server administration
25. Experience with VM setup and administration
REQUIRED & DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Required Skills:
* Demonstrated deliveries in workflow systems implemented in Metastorm BPM
* Must be able to design, develop, and support the overall Metastorm BPM
workflow
* Must be able to administer and setup Metastorm BPM environment.
* Must have the ability to provide functional support and maintenance of
workflow implemented in a web based environment, including oversight of
performance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
* Must have strong analytic, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication
and collaborative skills.
* Must have advanced level of SQL writing skills to be able to create SQL
stored-procedures and views in MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008.
* Able to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to Metastorm BPM,
Microsoft SQL and generic web applications.
* Perform analysis, gather information to determine business and functional
requirements and document business rules.
* Must demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and quality of
work, through prior experience.
* Must manage own work flow and meet deadlines.
* Must effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a simple manner,
written or orally.
* Must establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
* Must be able to describe and accomplish business and functional requirements
gathering.
Desired Skills:
* Knowledge of Human Resources data and workflow
* Ability to work with SharePoint and InfoPath
* Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture design and implementation
* Experience with Windows Server administration
* Experience with VM setup and administration
* Ability to design mappings for Data Capture, Staging, Cleansing,
Transforming, Loading, and Auditing a plus.
* Experience with Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
* Experience with visual Studio .NET, C#, and IIS
* Ability to create and manage SSIS packages
* Proficiency in Object oriented Analysis & Design, UML Modeling. XML and SOAP.
